Do you require vaccinations for travelers?
We do not discriminate on anyone’s personal health choices.
What are your safety protocols?
Concierge Tours of Colorado (CTCO) monitors the well-being of our guides/drivers and have implemented regular temperature checks to help ensure health. We wear gloves and masks and maintain appropriate social distancing when necessary. We also ensure access to hand sanitizer and masks.
CTCO private vehicles are thoroughly sanitized prior to each tour. Each vehicle will be stocked with gloves, hand sanitizer and face masks.
CTCO will use an “away from the crowds” approach for entering any attractions and site when possible. By focusing on off-peak access, we enable our clients to enjoy key sites and attractions with comfort and ease.
We are committed to delivering our guests only to properties that have a comprehensive, elevated standard for cleaning rooms and operating their dining spaces, common areas and administrative services.
While you’re traveling, our guides can make changes on the fly to ensure that sightseeing and activities are delivered with your safety, comfort and preferred pace in mind.
Review the full details of the WTTC ‘Safe Travels’ Protocols that CTCO adheres to.

29 days or less prior to new departure date will be subject to loss of 100% of program price.
What if I want to change an activity on tour?
No problem. This tour is your private and custom experience, and your Private Guide will accommodate your needs when possible.
What is the best time to travel in Colorado?
While all seasons are beautiful in Colorado, our multi-day tours are best done during the warmer months. Many of the mountain passes are seasonal and can only be accessed approximately Memorial Day weekend through September/October. Exact dates are dependent on weather.
Half Day and Full Day Tours are run throughout all seasons.
When is the best time to see fall colors in the mountains?
September is the best month to experience the changing of the seasons in the mountains. Peak color happens between the 2nd and 4th week of September. This, of course, is directly affected by weather and moisture.
