Your retreat begins upon arrival!
Day 1... Arrive, short hike (or nap), dinner at lodge
Day 2... Cacao farm including lunch, short afternoon hike, dinner at lodge
Day 3… Mayan crafts and relax day, lunch and dinner at lodge
Day 4… Jungle hike and swim, picnic lunch, dinner at lodge
Day 5… Mayan cooking and dancing including Mayan lunch, dinner at lodge
Day 6.. Spice Farm including lunch, shorter jungle hiking/swimming, dinner at lodge
Day 7… Archeological site visit, farewell dinner at lodge
Day 8… Breakfast and departure travel

English is the official language in Belize with many different dialects.
The Mayan community is mainly cash based and happily accepts USD. No need to exchange US dollars for Belizean dollars.
Any gratuities and local purchases must be in cash.
1 US Dollar = 2 Belize Dollar. USD is acceptable for payment or gratuities. Please bring small denominations.
